At a posh Retirement Dinner on Saturday and I ate so many of the buttered new potatoes I couldn't eat dessert!!

Potatoes in any form my favourite food but especially new and chipped, so you see DP the fact you are flaunting your produce when you must know I'm not going to be able to lift ours until about mid July is really quite cruel of you.  Shame on your woman! >:(
Equality isn't everyone being the same, equality is recognising that being different is normal.

According to my diary, I still need to wait three weeks before I can start digging!  Great spuds Doris, yous a clever growing chickaleeta!  ;D

I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the humble potato I would not be here.  I love to eat them but just boiled with butter, but now I use Olivio,  I know not the same, but there you are.

If only you lived nearer me Doris, I would just have loved to have put my knashers into one of those.  You lucky woman you.

All the hard work is finally starting to pay off.....

Mrs Ava

Yeah, I agree Tim, v. nice trug. Mine is green and plassy and pants, a freebie about a million years ago with Gardeners World magazine.

eileen

Mine's blue and plassy and pants but nobody sees it 'cept me and it does the job I suppose. Can't remember where I got the thing from now.

Just knew I shouldn't have looks at all those lovely tatties my poor stomoch is rumbling like mad now at the thought of them all hot and buttery, boiled in their skins and just shouting to be eaten.
