Not made these in years, but they are my neices favorite and as she was coming for dinner ...............................profiteroles






And I wonder why I can't lose any weight this winter, I should have just slapped one on each thigh!! :-\ ;D

saturday must've been profiterole night, we had them at my neice's party, again home made  :)
