minestrone soup(also frozen), our onions, tomatoes, basil, garlic, celery..amazing, when you think about it, still eating last year's tomatoes  ;D

Soup made with oca, JA's, and half a dozen other veg out of the freezer.

Carrots, potatoes, parsnips as mixed mash ( we bought some celeriac as we are out) leeks and sprouts (red and green) ...  :)

OH says don't forget the onion and peppers in the mince...  :-X

Sprouts, carrots, parsnips.  Found some potatoes which I had missed amazed they were unaffected by frost damage.  Taste delicious.

Leeks.....I made a leek and bacon soup which I ate this evening for dinner. I also pulled the last of my parsnips!

Green soup - a bit of everything green available + some potatoes. Cabbage, leeks, mint, peas. Can't remember what else but it certainly cleared a shelf in the fridge!

Picked a stick of sprouts, a savoy cabbage, a few leeks and parsnips this morning for our weekend dinners.

Made veggie soup for lunch, yumm with crusty bread. Cauliflower, carrots and potatoes tonight with a pork chop. Oh and apple sauce from the freezer.

The last of the butternuts and a small Festival squash. The festivals have improved flavourwise for storage but have developed a really stiff skin.... real effort to break into that one, they weren't that hard  back in November :-)

Today baked potato and cauliflower.
