nice and sunny- been for a bike ride and just warm enough in (unheated) conservatory for lunch ;D

Chrispy

Glorious sunshine, cold outside, needed to wear a hat, but here in my south facing room, I've had to draw the blinds I was so hot in the sunshine.
It should give my mixed salad seedlings a good boost.
If there's nothing wrong with me, maybe there's something wrong with the universe!

DUCHESS  :o  ;D

Woke up to a frost, but then sunshine all day (after yesterday's soaking weather!). A clear sky tonight but waiting for the predicted winds and rain  :(

ACE

Blowing a hoolie, marooned on an island, some ferries have chickened out. Best go back to bed.

Bit breezy here too! Indoor day.

Blimey...monsoon has arrived.  :o Rain is not strong enough word to describe how much wet stuff is coming down..nor pouring down. Its more like sky size waterfall.. :o
Nature is definately doing its balancing act today. Looks like we are getting all summers worth of rain today.. ::)..just little bit of it would have been helpful couple of months ago.
Well..indoors it is today..even best of the rain gear won't cope with this.

Similar here  :'(

And here in Northants too, mixed in a bit of hail just now.  Foul.  Must check the windows.  Drainpipes can't cope and it is all just gushing down off the roof.  Howling gale too.

the rain was horizontal this morning ??? as was the Silver Birch at the end of the garden :(

Am so annoyed .  Had to stay in all day yesterday waiting for someone to repair front door when I could have been on the allotment . So ordering some seeds today to add to my vast collection which now runs to 4 icecream boxes.

wind dropping-dry--temp 7.0c
