 Nice to be back with you all, i did miss A4A while we were moving.
Hope you are all well.  We are in the new home quite chaotic at present.
Nice garden room for some veg next spring.

Plumber & tiler, to start work Monday to pull the old bathroom out & put a nice shower unit & sink & toilet in, just for starters ;D.
It is a nice bunga just needs some TLC, which it is going to get ;D.

 Yes Lorna, i shall do that, also the kitchen because it all needs ripping out & replacing , we did know that of course.
Corny, i was off longer than expected  I had to give SKY a roasting to get things moving, nice to be amongst  my cyber friends again. ;D ;D ;D
