Salmon in foil, with mushrooms, and my spuds, carrots, french beans and onions all steamed.   :P      ;D ;D ;D

I can only get trout on my lottie... you lucky b*gger...  ;D

cauli, red cabbage, purple podded beans and potatoes with mint sauce and a bit of lamb  ;D

 :) red onions,green chilli,garlic,tomatoes,aubergine,flat leaf parsley,kale/ shades x

 :D forgot the melon and raspberries/ shades x

carrots, potatoes, courgettes, onions, shallots,tomatoes, aubergines, garlic, French beans all combined in a spicy leg of lamb leftover stew.. yum!

Just onion, tomatoes and garlic in the risotto tonight.

Onions in the rissoles and green beans tonight.

Last night, Egyptian recipe - stuffed courgettes - if I can get future son in law to translate from the spider scribble he wrote down from his Ma, will share, they were so yummy  :)

Where did you get the salmon seed?

Salmon and dill fishcakes (salmon not mine, breadcrumbs warburtons, egg not mine) - dill and potato and shallot mine.

salad (lettuce, cuc, toms, red onion) all mine.

Saute potatoes (posh chips) mine - Picasso

mashed carrot and turnip,sauteed petit pain,roasted parsnips,all with lamb,and a yoghurt dressing mixed with our own mint garlic chilli and coriander,srum!

Last night, had salad, red lettuce and green lettuce, toms, cucumber, green pepper (all from allot). with prawns and brown bread (not from allot). Steak (not from allot) with roasted toms, squash or marrow, courgettes, pots, and runner beans.  Then raspberries, blackberries and yoghurt or ice cream.  Then coffee and after eight mints (not from allot.)  Today spag. with home made sauce.  Does spagetti grow on trees.  ;D ;D

Just munching through a Sweetcorn cob..  :)

Well tonight I have prepared a courgette tomato and potato bake! with corn on the cob to start!!

Will now go back to kitchen to bake a courgette cake.

My carrots, parsnips and spuds with roast lamb.  :P    ;D ;D ;D

Its going to be Desiree potatoes (roasted), and mixed roast vegetables of red and yellow peppers and marrow with garlic and shallots and cherry tomatoes, all with roast beef and Yorkshire puddings

Then an apple crumble with the apples from my tree (don't know the variety)

just had 'prize winning' carrots and leeks, and cauliflower cheese and roast baby spuds wiv a lovely roasted free-range chicken!
