Hi Folks,

Just wondered if it was just me but Dan's new improved extra line of adverts is giving me "scrollers finger" as I try to get past them.  :o

I liked them better just at the top & bottom.

What do you think?

No, it's not just you. I hate them! (Sorry, Dan - I'm sure they're very lucrative!)

Having got used to them at the end, I keep thinking the page has finished. It's a bit like those annoying programmes where Poirot is about to reveal the murderer and you get a car advert instead!!

I was glad that someone else beat me to it!  I was going to moan - but then - I thought - why should I moan - everyone will think I am a professional moaner and a grumpy old woman - all of which I am - but I don't expect you lot to think of me like that!!!!

Yes I HATE them - I am sure that they give Dan some extra revenue - so I was prepared to put up with them but I got used to them at the bottom of a page but not just after the thread start as well.  PLEASE - I will show my true colours soon unless something is done!!

Oh! So that is why there is the odd extra blue band here and there. Get a better browser and you can control adverts.

Don't like them and I am not clever enough to get past them except by scrolling.

Oh I thought it was someone who I had pressed the IGNORE button for   ;D ;D  silly me.  then I thought  HE must be typing a lot of replies.    No, don't like them then. but if Dan needs revenue will just have to  ;D and bear it.

Snap I dont like them either, but am more than willing to put up with them if it means keeping the site up and running.

Its easier now than when they first appeared ;)

I missed quite a few replies to posts till I realised there was an advert at the top as well as the bottom. Now I'm used to it I don't notice it any more.

^^ Ditto.  I don't see a single ad.  Not just on this site but all on sites.  Sorry Dan  :-[ ;D but you will be making some wongers out of my vast amounts of Amazon orders coming up, LOL

Is that what the dark blue bar that I was wondering about is for - I have NoScript and AdBlock Plus ;D

The latest one on there is "How to loose 10Lbs of stomach fat".
Surely the way to do that is to grow your own?
