My latest harvest! this is what I'm getting every week now, making sauces tonight!

I looooooove chillies! not been on the site lately, been busy at the chilli farm and getting the website ready!

We haven't got quite that many.... yet!  ;D

I usually make a multiple type chilli sauce every year, but no ripe ones yet.  :(

I hope for a dozen or 2!!

Well, the update! that lot in the pic made 30 small bottles of sauce, Thai and caribbean and 4 long ristras! same next weekend I hope!

Mine have been dreadful, I put them out in the ground........never again. Ive potted up one plant to keep overwinter. It has one unripe chilli on it :-\

Here, apart from the Georgia Flame, so far only the over-wintered ones have ripened.
