Where did it come from, Nitiram?

That's just lovely. Had a few days like that with mine and they really are worth all the days they want to preserve them by sticking them in large jar.  :D :) :D :) :D ;)
Don't throw paper away. There is no away.

Agree about the plasters.  Would also suggest spare set of clothes as they are bound to fall in.   Can't remember exactly where it came from.I have this habit of gathering 'bon mots' which mean something to me.    My children are all well over thirty now with children of their own....sigh :'(

I bet the grandchildren love to visit you, Nitiram. As a grandmother in waiting I am storing up the rudest rhymes and silliest songs etc. I can think of. ;D ;D ;D

I have twin girlies who were eight yesterday and live round the corner. A small grandson , nearly three who i see seldom as they live away and I can only go 'when invited' which is not often as my son is a 'high flier' and always busy.

What I love about small children is the way that they view things, even the smallest beetle fills them with wonder...sadly many parents don't take the time to share in this wonderment. (I work with the under fives and makes me sad how much of this child like view of life is squashed and ignored)

All my children seem to be bug obsessed!

It is quite handy in the garden, all you need to do is send them out with some pots and they quite happily pick up all the snails they can find! Only problem is I need to find the filled pots before they put them down into the middle of my plants!

Think they are going to have their work cut out this year on the plot! ;D
Smile at your enemies.

It makes them wonder what you are up to.
