Equality isn't everyone being the same, equality is recognising that being different is normal.

Pat, You really have got me going now. Wonderfull pictures.  You will have to help me on ID.  ;D

1 ??? (either tree? - yellow one looks lile forsythia bit I know it isnt! Sophora perhaps?)
2 Lilac
3 Kerria japonica
4 ?? (baffled flowers are fuschia like, but its too early for them and the foliage isnt right. Leaves look a bit Azalea- like ?)
5 Rhododendron/azalea

Gardengirl

Not so good this time Richard ::)  Only No. 2 & 3 correct -
1 = Hawthorn & Laburnum
4 = Crinodendron hookerianum
5 = Rhododendron

I had to get a Crinodendron, saw them growing in abundance at Trebah Gardens in Cornwall a few years ago, absolutely glorious.

Crikey Pat.

You got me there. Never heard of a Crinodendron (until now that is). I see the laburnum for what it  is not you tell me   ;).  I am supposed to know that they look like  ;D
