Well, as the tittle says, my seasons over! The wife had our baby on Wed afternoon...9weeks early, and there was me planning to sow some peas and chit my spuds...guess I will have to delay the operation for a while!

Don't I sound heartless??!! In reality I'm OVER THER MOON! we had a baby boy weighing 3lbs 5oz and both mother and child are OK, although both still in hospital.

If anyones free for chitting and sowing duties, don't hesitate to contact me :)

Regards

Matt

Inconsiderate things arn't they. One of ours was born right in the middle of Wales v England Rugby match, huh! Missed all the tries!
Congrats anyway!
Gardening is the great leveller.

Hey, congratulations

When I read the title, I thought something really awful had happened, shed burnt down, all tools stolen and planning permission granted to redevelop the site.........and it turns out that you have become a Dad instead ;)

Speaking from experience, everything goes pear shaped once the little one finds his feet, so for this year at least you should be OK for chitting and sowing...........but do remember to do your bit about the house (sorry this is the nag bit ;D) time your trips to the lottie with mother and baby nap times and you'll be loved forever............

Still at least you are used to the night shift ;D

What's baby's name?? and when do we get a piccie??

Congratulations! Have you got paternity leave? As someone else said, taking the older one to the allotment sounds like the best chance of getting anything done!
