Right, do you want to know what gifts I received. No? Well thats too bad because I'm going to tell you any way.

Felco secateurs in red. Much needed to replace my cheap pink pair which either jam open or lock shut, nipping ones fingers and causing much annoyance. OH said felco are "the dogs"...so why has he given me them then, the cheapskate and won't cassie dog miss them when she looks in her toolbox?
A gardeners trug. One of those dinky wooden ones. Too nice to use though Toot thinks it's ideal for Teddy. I'll have to buy myself another one to use at the lotty. heehee! Oh it came with a free compost bag.It all counts.
A pink leather...hold on boys it aint that exciting...filofax. To replace the black one,which I have misplaced because I never used it because I have nothing to write in it.
A pair of binoculars. So I can atleast try to see what those darn brown birds running around the farmer's field are. They keep nicking off before I can get a close look.  Unfortunately I have to wear glasses and I don't think these new nocs are going to be suitable. I do like them though. Maybe I'll get my eyes lasered so I can use them. Is that an idea?
A "gardening for birds" book. Surely that was meant for Billy Blackbird?
A Richard Ashcroft cd...I don't know why?!No thats not the name of it...I mean I don't know why I was given it ! And a "complete punk" cd. Rock on! See I ain't all sweetness and light. Who ever said that anyway I hear you cry?  It was me...just now.
Box of choccies. Those Lindt ones in the red box...I love them and so it seems does Toot. The box is getting higher and higher so even I'll have to get a chair to stand on in order to scoff a one,or three.
A pair of garden scissors.
Aaaaaaaannnnnnnd...the new Nimbus 3000. Honest!  OK Harry Potter fans...it's not really a broomstick,its a spade.
From a relative I got two charms for my charm bracelet. That means I have four now. Racy eh!
From another relative who I can always rely on giving me odd things.  A pair of kitchen scissors (LOL! whats with all the cutting implements folks...what is going on here?)But that is not all. She also gave me some candles. A necklace with a cross on it....and a stretchy black velveteen...brace yourself men...basque!!  LMAO! Not only has it changeable straps it has a belly button peep hole PML!  Believe me NOONE would want to see my belly button hanging over my jeans LOL !
All in all a good haul don't you think !!  ;D   ;D  ;D

But...the bestest thing of all...a card...from the lady who gave birth to me 39 years ago and who I have only found this year.Not met her yet. And another little jewel...another card...from my new (to me) little sister  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D
