Just had to show what 'next door' bought for the school outing.

3 bedrooms & 'hallway'. Even I could face a w/e in that!

Folds into a metre by 1/2m & 15 min to erect.

Very handsome!  We are looking at getting a new tent as we borrow the in-laws and for 5 of us with all of our clobber, it is rather too cosy!  I shall show my darling that one for certain!  So where is the school going?

tim

It went - last week - that's why Dad had to do a quickie on the net!!

Oooh I like it! We have a four person tent, two sleeping compartments and a sitting area in the middle. It's too small.the kids need separate bedrooms! My brother and his OH managed to find a tent with three compartments and a huge sitting area for the absolute bargain price of £60 !  End of line sale, out of fashion and all of that carry on. Who cares!

I looked at a one recently,it was a 12 person tent!  Unbelieveable, it was like a Bedouin tent in the rough!

We feel the need for camping again...don't know where to go this time.

The Bearded Wonder has only ever been camping once (rainy pine forest) and cannot understand why people work hard all year just to live like refugees in their leisure time. No he was not a boy scout.
(I quite liked it)
Smile, it confuses people.

Heldi

hahaha! Emaggie I love watching people wandering about in their jimjams. I think to myself.."These are probably respectable people back at home and hold down respectable jobs and here they are wandering about in their jamas!" Gives me a right tickle that does! I dunno why we do it...my sis in law finds it really relaxing after dealing with DSS matters all week. Brother likes to chill in one place after travelling and staying in hotels/motels. I like the fact I can unzip and let...the kids out!

Hyacinth

You going to be camping in the grounds of our Travelodge mid-October then Helds?

Yes, KP - but, if you think of the number of times any, or all 5 of them will be using it over the next decade or so - it eases the pain??

MrsKP

bet it doesn't get used more than once  ;D

8) Weave had some fantastic holidays under canvas, although many years ago when the kids were very young, we frequented the Gower Peninsular South Wales, Port Eynon was one of our favourite places to stay.

Over that period we had three Conway trailer tents each one bigger and better and we never lost a penny when sold as we made a small profit :D ;) I spose you could say the excitement was intense ;D

Just saw this on ebay, this was the type of tent we used and the beds are very comfortable ;D
