Lord Steve you don't look old enough to go to Uni in that photo!!!

I have made up for it since!!

I'm back row, in the middle...

I can see it fine...I can't believe that in all of these photos the people sitting down on the ground were given mats, maybe it's cos I'm from the North but my classmates used to have to sit on the bare, cold concrete.

I was just thinking - wouldn't it be weird if someone spotted themself in someone else's picture?

I'm the third from the right on the front row,  I remember putting a blob of ink on my arm,  so that my mother would know which one was me.

The most bizarre thing i find when looking at these (fascinating) photos is that just occasionaly I see someone who looks a bit like either me at that age or someone i know (or known). Of course it is always a pure coincidence. Spooky nonetheless!

I was trying to work out whether I recognize the pillars in Lord Steve's cricket photo! - what college were you at, Lord Steve? - if you don't mind me asking.

Fascinating thread - it's had me rooting about among my old photos to see what I have (like Heldi, no scanner at present so can't post anything).  Have found a few - including one of a school play when I was about 5 ... know I was in the play, but can't work out where I am in the photo!

I was at Oriel College, Juliet. The photo was taken in the front quad.

Ah - don't know it well, but I've probably visited.  R was at Worcester, but a bit later (assuming you were at uni '84-'87 like me).
