I know this is an 'old thread' which I've resurrected but still 'practising' with posting photos and the only other photo I've got is one of some rhubarb chutney I made a month ago from the lovely recipe Emma Jane told us about - the rhubarb came from my youngest son's garden (they rarely use it for anything - such a waste >:() but they're thoroughly enjoying the 'end product' now (altho it should 'mature' a bit really) and have asked for more :)

Will be a bit of a wait now tho as the rhubarb is no longer usable  :(

Curried Plum Chutters

Boy those all  look yummy.  Any chance of getting the recipe for the River Cottage Chutney (or would that be copyright breaking)??  I do not have many chutney recipes so need all the help I can get.   :-[ as I have someone with a plum and bramble apple tree that have given me carte blanche to pick as much as I want. ;D

I do however have a good recipe for beetroot (with spiced vinegar) and pickled onions and sweet and sour cucumbers.  Will have to take a picture of that to show you all.  If anyone want a copy let me know and I will post it but I don't want to teach my granny to suck eggs!! ;D ;D

Doris Pinks : Is there any chance you could send me the recipe for the apple and rhubarb chutney.  I tried sending you a message but your box is full.

Thanks

If you can't be a good example -- then you'll just have to be a horrible warning....
