Looks very professional.but I should warn you that if this is just an advert for your blog and you're not planning on joining in the A4a community, you may not get many responses!  :D

I've only just joined, adn am looking forward to being part of the community. Apologies if I haven't done the right thing - please forgive me - I'm a newbie!

People do frequently mention their blogs or have a link to them in their profile or signature but they write the blog themselves.

FennelandFern

well that's good because I write Fennel and Fern myself!

When I get old I don't want people thinking
"What a sweet little old lady"........
                             I want em saying
"Oh Crap! Whats she up to now ?"

Welcome to A4A :)

Hi Fennel you will have to excuse the caution but there have been quite a few few sellers on here lately and the odd one trying to spoil the forum and when your opening line is advertising your blog people tend to get a bit suspicious, so welcome from me and do you have a lottie.    ;D ;D ;D
MAY THE CORN BE WITH YOU.

Sadly no lottie, still working on that (need to get to the top of a waiting list, settle somewhere for more than 2 years and persuade my husband), so instead I dug up a lot of my lawn and am growing veg there! I also have a fire escape which will be playing host to tomatoes, peppers and lettuce.

Have just redesigned a garden which, when we moved there, was covered in bindweed and had a load of plants which had been plonked in the soil without much fore-or after-thought. After weeks of riddling rubble and toy cars out of the soil, we have started on our potager.

Sorry if I unnerved anyone, I'm just quite enthusiastic about a site I spend a lot of my free time writing and maintaining, and all for no money! But so far I've loved being a part of your community.
