At least this cold weather will hopefully kill off some nasty bugs.

Ragged Robin

The end maybe in sight, when tying up the Clematis armandii on sunday the ladybirds were coming out of hibernation!, whole thing was crawling with them ......... enough to gladden the heart!
Happy gardening, Robin x

This is the first morning, for what seems like ages, that it is not snowing.  The ground is clear and the frogs are back in the pond.  Please tell me at last we have Spring!  :D busy_lizzie

Most of us are lucky - some friends in Cumbria could still, as of yesterday, not open their front door!!

OK, clever clogs - nor the back one!!

snow disappeared here on Monday and noticed that my mini-daffodils are in full bloom !  Will try and get a piccy in the morning.  They look as if they have been flowering for a week or so already and their beautiful yellow heads are a really cheery sight

grawrc

My mini daffodils are in flower too but one lot is at the front door - south-facing and realtively warm in the reflected heat of the building and the other lot under an arch where again they're protected from the worst of the weather.

Carol

I do not believe it,  Midnight, looked out and the snow is on again?   will it never end.

:'( :'( :'(

Only a light covering here this morning :-\ :-\ :-\

But it's very cold, at this rate the soil will be warm enough for parsnip seeds in about June.

Have a look at the 14 day forecast on metcheck there's more to come next week!
