The weather channel on my windows phone says
a high of 18c on Sunday the 14th and a low of 9c ?
we will have to see !

Still a bitter easterly wind, but warm in the wee bits of sunshine that poked through. The soil is bone dry to about 2". No rain (or snow) in ages.

A real proper April day yesterday with sunshine and showers.  Wind has changed and is now quite pleasant.  Even took off my jacket for a few minutes yesterday.  Lovely sunny evening down at the lottie.

The Robin has started singing.

Beautiful in York this morning- the daffodils around the walls are finally coming out!

Sun Sun Sun!out at the lotty at 10 this morning by 1o'clock cold starting to rain,did get a bit done

It was to be onion sets to day, but the rain has put an end to this idea. 13c is forecast with rain and wind.

Two sunny days  but windy with it, 16c and 18c.

Windy and dull, looks like rain later, hope it keeps off till I get to the chippy  for cod and chips and mushy peas for my dinner.

Today its cold and windy but everywhere things are shooting up and trying to flower, nice drop of rain this morning has given everything a bit of a water :)
I am on a mission today making home made pizza for dinner tonight and a nice cottage pie for tomorrow so fingers crossed i can get some gardening done tomorrow.
Have mother in law down and we have been having a look at getting her council band checked and generally doing a bit of sorting out.
