Hi everyone

I'm so pleased to be able to report that Lorna was looking and feeling a lot better than I expected.  It seems she's broken a pelvic bone and they estimate that it'll heal in about six weeks.  The plan is to get her mobile and hopefully she'll be able to go home some time soon. 

She was so surprised and delighted to receive so many good wishes from you all and she asked me to pass on her thanks.

Awww sorry to hear this Lorna, think Lish needs to send chocklit to make you feel better! Hope you are soon up and about, at least the weather is rubbish so you wouldn't be gardening anyway  DP  X X X

Very sorry to hear about the fracture, Lorna. Especially at the start of gardening season. I hope you are not dealing with much pain.

It sounds like you WILL get to stop and smell the roses for a change. And maybe you'll catch up on some reading, cleaning out drawers, desk etc. And planning next years garden. I hope the time flies for you.

Poor Lorna - please get better soon!! Now I know that a fracture is a real pain, hope it heals nicely and quickly.
