Mexican corn flour.

Any substitute??

not really anything that substitute that as its corn and not wheat. 
you may be a king or a little street sweeper but sooner or later you dance with de reaper.

Apparently it can be bought at either Tesco or Sainsbury - if you have either local to you

I believe you can use cornflour but the masa has more flavour. If you are using the masa harina as a thickening agent then the corn flour should be ok.
Masa harina is available on Amazon.

Corn flour I use for thickening or for making fruit puddings, but I use polenta flour for recipes like Southern Corn Bread.  Polenta flour is a bit coarser.  Masa Harina is very similar to polenta flour (or polenta meal) and is available more widely than Masa Harina.
