Blueberries with pancakes for breakfast. Lettuce, tomato and radish with lunch and will have some potatoes tonight. Should have really picked some greens for tea, but the heavens opened when I was still trying to collect the blackcurrants.

I'm just about to have my spuds, kale, french beans, peas and carrrots with chicken and yorkshires.   :D

I am frying marrow, dwalf beans, patty pan squash, cauli, broccoli, spring onions, cougette and peas.......then putting in oven proof dish with veggie stock, cook for half hour, add grated cheese on top then put back in oven for 10 mins, then serve  ;D ;D

Only some strawberries......Took out red onions to dry. They are rather small.......

The other day I had a large plate full of fried red onions - I love them!!

Today french beans, boiled potatoes (lifted a few hours earlier), beetroot and carrots with roasted gammon joint. Lovely.  :)

Dug up our first spuds this morning - King Edwards. They're on now for the Sunday dinner - roasties and mash. ;)

Corn on the cob followed by roasted veg courgette,onions,tomato,garlic,and carrots with epicure spuds and a Kiev.

I love this time of year becuase of the roast tomatoes, just delicious and five jars in the cupboard for winter teas.

Potatoes (smaller than last year but very welcome) and cobra French beans that have been delicious... perhaps something benefitted from all the rain earlier in the year.  ???

A first for us today, home grown cucumber - and grown outside at that .  :)  Opinion was divided but I was very pleased.

Later on will be courgettes with macaroni cheese.  If weare lucky there will be some blueberries to have for afters.
