Allotments 4 All

its very very windy...temp is 5.7c and a  a few spots of sunshine, not been to the allotment for 2 weeks [ i wonder if the sheds still standing after all the wind ? ]

Cold and very windy with the Sun out this afternoon.  ::)

Suns been out for most of the day but still bitterly cold with high winds  wind has droped tonight but very cold dog wants to go for walk  ;D he can walk on his own around the lawn i,ll pick it up in the morning ::)

Cold, wet and windy this morning. Sunny afternoon, though still cold and windy.

Sun has had his hat on but wind very keen.

I'm sorry for those in Scotland and the north... Hold onto your hats!

Not a bad day here for December. (A winter chill and a bit of a stiff breeze).

Feeling so sorry for you all " up country "and I,ll be thinking of you all  . It is windy here on the Lizard in Cornwall , with the occasional gale force gust . Not raining yet..but I,m sure its on the way . Just worried about the window pane that has slipped on the greenhouse roof  .It is forcast to be bad this afternoon and evening .

the wind is getting up here    temp is 9.3c feels like o.oc at the moment

Joy oh joy its actually raining. 

Supposed to be 11C but does not feel that warm outside.

Went to see the grandchildren in the school play the best yet had to wipe the eyes but told O/H nose was running :P Took our life in our hands driving down the m4 not been out in a wind like that in all my life  The garden is in a mess will not go out till  its over will worry about it then. checked on elderly neighbours they all fine must sort out something for the bird table this weekend  :)

12 oc but the wind really picked up about 11ish and seemed colder, it's meant to be 7oc tomorrow.   :'(

how blowy was it last night ??? hope everyone up north are safe and well, that was a bit of a battering you all took especially in Scotland and Cumbria, only one thing for it that is to stay in mulled wine and mince pies.. 8)

Brilliant blue skies and sunny  but still cold!  :)

Blindingly bright sun shine at times..heavy downpours...black sky and rainbows ;D..sleet..freezing cold..and I've almost done my Christmas shopping fighting amongst all that..phew, hard work ::)

Dry but feels cold, sun keeps bobing out now and again,   temp  4.9c
strong winds have gone now a lot calmer-must go to plot sunday to check
cabin is still standing-----fingers crossed ?

Frosty, but no breeze, and the soil was easily workable. A couple of days of continuous frost makes it go like concrete, and I can't get a fork into it.

Frosty start with the Sun out for most of the day.    8)
