Allotments 4 All

Why is it on occasions that this site can take a long time to load, and sometimes won't even do that?

I'm using a new iMac with 4 gig of memory, and still the site take for ever on occasions.  I've tried other browsers and the result is still the same.

This morning it took three attempts before success.  Is this just me, or do other subscribers find the same thing?

Sometimes yes...............I have noticed lately it is slowing up again.

Site owner is aware of the problems.

This is generally down to the server, not the site itself or the route from the server across the web. It's therefore a hosting issue and beyond A4a's control, only thing A4A can do is move their hosting package elsewhere...which is a big ask.

yep, same here , thought it was because of internet explorer but all the other sites come up straight away

yep, slow to load here, as well, glad it ain't just me!!

I am indeed aware - have made some tweaks to the setup hopefully that will improve things.

Am continuing to monitor and will progress as I can.
