I am going to stay with my son for about ten days and might not have the use of a computer while I'm there.

I'll miss you Betty and the updates on the cats but have a lovely time away and a well deserved break I'm sure.

Over the last couple of weeks Betty has been training her husband up to do the job wile she's away so they will be fine ;D

Have just phoned her and she's having a lazy time apart from the time her grand-daughter is home from school and then its playtime

I'm back!

Not back home, but back on the internet thank goodness.  I am still at my son's and after a few days without his laptop working, everything is fixed now.

My four-year-old granddaughter has a full programme mapped out for me.  Playing with the dolls house, lego, making pizza, fairy cakes, shortbread, playing hospitals etc.
She is also teaching me how to use the ipod touch.

I get daily reports from my husband about the cats, they are doing ok and not missing me.  I think they are only interested in being fed and not who feeds them.

It's nice to be 'back'. :)
