well i dont know what like in the rest of the country but in Retford ,Notts its hail stoning and thunder and lightning and very dark.

Here in Birmingham we've had heavy showers off and on, and then bright sunshine.  Wonder which we'll get on Saturday?

well i hope you get plenty sunshine and plenty of people, can only hope for the best ;)

Another fairly sunny day here in Sussex, did some weeding this morning & the rain we have had is only a couple of inches down before it is all dusty again.

We are still getting the heavy showers and sunny intervals.

We haven't had any good old thunder and forked lightening in North Devon for at least three years!  But if we do, we get accompanying power cuts!! Overcast as I'm typing this.  Have pegged out washing anyway.  Will get it in before tomorrow afternoon before it is due to rain.  Should be called the Wet Country and not the Westcountry here.

We must have had one of the worst summers in a long time.  We had it warm in June but all through July and now august it has been dull days, no sun, showers, wind you name it.  I noticed today that the outside temperature was 15c, sick of it.  Pleased to say I am off to Barcelona by car on sunday and hope the rotten weather doesn't follow me.  I must see the sun before the winter onslaught of Wind and Rain/Snow once more.  Moan over.................... :'( :'( :'(    On the plus side, we have lovely green grass and the crops have been well watered.  Take your pick, what would you all prefer???   :'(
