Good to see some rain at last  ;D

I was hoping for some too.My ground is so dry.My rocket has germinated though.The rest has not.No show .Keep saying it will be fine when it rains. :)

Yay, it rained here too, but not much, still needs abit more  :D

We've just had a VERY heavy shower but as far as the spuds are concerned "drop in the ocean"springs to mind :(

We had a brief shower and that was all.

We have had the odd half hearted drop as a black cloud passes over  :(

We had quite a lot early morning here, then we went off to the Peak District and got more this afternoon. We were fed up about having our walk rained off but I was secretly thinking hurray, I'll be able to dig a lot more easily tomorrow!
Beautiful rainbow here this evening.

Beginning to think it might not be worth putting any water butts in at this rate. I'll be filling them up from the tap!

Having missed countryfile I've just checked the weather & found we're due heavy rain Wednesday & more Thursday & Friday.

we had a very brief shower of rain, will still be watering today!!

Its still pouring here,(lancaster)  three barrels are now full and the ground is soaked Everything is looking so perky, just want it to stop now so we can dig tommorow. I just got my Dahlia order and the sweetcorn and beans are ready to roll out so have a lot of ground to break tommorow.

We had some during the night on Monday- it was so good to see the dark, wet soil- am hoping for some more though!
