I did my own replacement panel in the front door after a drunken youth put his fist through one of them, but was very basic and I just copied the old one using a few glass paints and the stick on leading. Worked better than I thought it would!
I have an interior glazed door which drives me nuts with kids fingerprints all over the glass, it's just crying out for something like that. Will attempt it one day...

My front door glass could do with a make over. It has a kind of stick on paper leading and some kind of glass paint on it. I would really like to remove the sticky on leading and the green glass paint and put something decent in its place.
