Hmmm Caroline, maybe!

Silly billy, all these sites seem to give you quite a bit of help, and give measurements for frames etc.  I read on one of them something about the numbers on the inside of your existing frames, can be matched to a similar pair online. (mine of course had rubbed off!)
I found them very helpful on the phone too.

Lacelotte your last bit made me smile! I don't work for any of them either! Was just looking for low cost specs! And as I am cheap I have gone for the £20 pairs! ;D ;D
Just not designer material me! ;D  Interesting to note their designer frames were more expensive, just goes to show it pays to shop around! ;)

Don't like to be cynical, but is the above post the first one from this poster and could it be an advert?

I just wanted reassure you that my post is not an advert.  I just wanted to let others know of the excellent customer service I received and the amazing saving I made by using www.thinlenses.co.uk. I unfortunately have a High Presciption so to help with my confidence I prefer wearing High Refractive Lenses, which from my experience has always cost me a lot of money, this is why when I made a saving without compromising on the quality, as with glasses this a risk you don't want to take.  I thought if anyone is in a similar situation to what I was in before I found them, they could contact them themselves and enquire, or visit the website.

I found it very difficult when I was researching to find honest and credible feedback.  This is why I thought that if I shared my experience, others could benefit. I know it may read like an advert, but if you have no complaint about a company and can only but praise them, how else should I word it.

I for years have paid over inflated prices to the High Street Retailer, this is why I was so impressed when I came across www.thinlenses.co.uk.  Everyone's entitled to be pessimistic, but surely we should give credit when it's due. This is why I personally think that the staff at www.thinlenses.co.uk should really be praised, from my own experience they were extremely helpful, they help me save a fortune and I am over the moon with my purchase.

Thankyou Doris. I have some numbers on my glasses so I will look into what they mean. Thanks.
My idea was to build Liverpool into a bastion of invincibility. Napoleon had that idea. He wanted to conquer the bloody world. I wanted Liverpool to be untouchable. My idea was to build Liverpool up and up until eventually everyone would have to submit and give in. Bill Shankly.
