I love parsley.......dont forget you can put some in an ice cube tray with a weeeeee bit of water, then bag 'em. But Im sure you already knew that ;)

I generally freeze them in ice cube trays as mentioned already. These are then popped out into "small bags" or plastic tubs to make them easy to get at and use.

Difficult to sprinkle it from a block?

There are 15 small bags in this one.

If its easy to sprinkle is there any real need to put it in a small bag?

Why not just open freeze it on a tray and then put it in a small tub to save on bags and faffing around. I do that with a few herbs such as oregano and it works a treat.
