Considering how you have been handicapped the results are fantastic. Well done you. Without a broken anckle you must be a force to be reckoned with ;D

manicscousers

that looks brilliant, marg..we have self seeded nasturtiums , they're useful as green manure as well  ;D

I was just thinking the same thing and how tidy and cared for the whole area looks.

I really like the nasturtiums mixed with the brassicas, supposed to put off the Cabbage Whites....does it help?
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

it is the first time i,v done it and i think it has helped keep them down,i have it all netted of course it is interesting  watching a bee squeeze through the holes but i havn,t seen any butterfly,s yet and they seem to provide ground cover without taking goodness out which weeds do. downside is they seem to harbour slugs so keeping a eye on that. they do look good tho i havn,t tried eating them oops the nasturtiums not the slugs ;D
