Yes, I am a night owl as well, gradually wind down from this time onwards.  Try to get to bed before the book of the week on radio 4 at 12.30, then 'Sailing by' then the Shipping forecast.   Good night folks.  Be thinking of you tomorrow Emma.

Have been out all evening visiting a friend for our weekly natter. I would just like to say  to Manic and Emma. Good luck our thoughts will be with you.
To those of you not in bed yet I hope you have a good night. I usually turn in about this time but always read for at least an hour. The surgery want more of my blood tomorrow good job I don't mind needles!!

I'm off to bed now, Remembered I have something to do for work urgently tomorrow morning and I want to get an appointment with the Dr.

I'm doing okay ta OliveOil.  Just taken a painkiller and am waiting for it to kick in before hitting the sack.  Today the scar has been itchy and twitchy - I guess a combination of healing skin, nerves and muscles.  Mums last day with me tomorrow and then I have to look after myself.  EEK!
