Things are starting to kick off here.  Here are a few things I'm growing this year in pots.  G x

Strawberries from a swap with Si.

Physallis recommended by Jennym

Micro tomatoes from a swap with Biscombe

My own saved chilli seed variety unknown

My own chives with parsley and garlic in the background.

You managed it Georgie  ;D

Everything's looking great. My poor chives look very dishevelled, in fact they look like a long sod of grass, still taste nice though  ;D

What are Micro Tomatoes? Are they extra small as the name would suggest?

Are you leaving everying outside or do you have a greenhouse?

Jo.

Georgie

Thanks everyone.  :)

You can get Micro Toms from Plants Of Distinction (or you can wait until next year and ask me to send you some :)).  They only grow about 8" tall and I have no idea what they taste like - yet!

The toms, chillies and physallis currently live on the windowsill, the strawbs are in the mini greenhouse and the rest are outside.

Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened

Mrs Ava

Wow everything looks so strong and healthy, and by the looks of things, you will be eating toms long before me!!

jennym

Looking lovely! Your physalis and toms are very well advanced, must be that lovely new mini greenhouse doing it's job? :)

tim

Georgie - I was just about to suggest a later thread showing dates of sowing, harvesting etc. Keep note of your toms' first set as it may top the bill!!

Grandma

Lovely healthy specimens  :)

Tim.  I have never known tomatoes and physallis to flower so early.  Both were sown in the second half of February and the first tomato trusses were maybe two weeks ago and the first fruit spotted last weekend.  It has yet to pass the taste test.  The Physallis flowered last weekend and the Chillies had the first sign off flowers then too.

LOL GW, go right ahead.  :)

Georgie that all looks gorgeous. I like the pics of purty flowers in here, but it's the veg pics that really float my boat. So exciting!
You been goofin' with the bees?
