Hi
Can any one help me?

Has any one grown sweet potatoes and if so where do you get the seed from and do you grow them like regular spuds.

Hi Clare, Welcome to A4A.
I grew loads of sweet potatoes last year. If you look on the wiki above, it gives you all the info you need . They grow from slips obtained from another potato , but given the climate in England, don't worry about them until at least May.

Here's one I grew last year! It weighed nearly five pounds. The little one is one from Sainsburys!

What did the bigun taste like Sadad you probably told us but I forgot. ;D

Not as sweet as bought ones and more starchy, mixed it with same amount of bought ones and then 50-50 with pumpkin to make a great soup!
