and a supplementary question too.  if i've got a heated g/h, can i grow this all year ?? ::)  and if so, why haven't i done it before.   :P

you don't need a heated greenhouse, i grow mine in a cold greenhouse border over the end of winter/early spring, dug it up last week as the hot spell made it bolt :(

and i don't know why you haven't done it before ;D/shades

hee hee never ever having to buy a pack of squashed limp manky stuff again, feels kinda nice.

had loads and got more for lunch tomorrow - just brill.

and i do promise to try not to post a pic of every single thing that i manage to grow, but i can't  guarantee that i won't.

They look fantastic MrsKP!  My Italian mixture is up too, and they are so nutty and tasty - bought ones just seem utterly tasteless and bland in comparison. Well done for a great crop - lots of yummy salads in your house this summer. :) busy_lizzie
