Allotments 4 All

To anyone out there who wants to talk to me on either chat or MSN. I really am not in the mood at the moment. The reason is . We have just had to have 2 of our siberian huskies who were 12 put to sleep. They were both in the later stages of cancer and one was getting worse. The other would have got worse if he was to live without his best friend so we thought that it would be better for both of them to go at the same time. I am deeply upset by this as they were the first ones we ever had.

I would just like a little time to get over my loss  :'(

There are few things worse than losing a dog or cat who meant a great deal to you. I am so sorry for your loss.
Be gentle with yourself and take all the time you need. x

Aw Jill I am so sorry for you. I've welled up with tears as I remember how hard it was when I had to have my last dog put to sleep. She had cancer too. You have my every sympathy.

sorry to hear your sad news Jill , its a very hard and heart braking thing to have to do ,i have also lost a dog to cancer she was only 7 years old and i know how hard it is , big hugs to you and your family, time does heel take care x

Sweet heart i know how you feel, i lost one of my old dogs the morning of my sisters funeral they are loved sooo much its as hard as losing a family member.
I hope you have lovely memories of them both and that will bring you through the sad time

Both John and I would like to thank you all for your kind words. You are a great bunch of guys on here.

Blaze & Smoke were cremated and we have them in there own wooden caskets which we are keeping until we pass away and then any animal ashes will be placed in either mine or Johns coffin to be burried with us.

I am still very unhappy about what has happened  :'(. It will probably take a couple of weeks to recover. I will keep popping in now and again .

Sorry to hear about Blaze and Smoke. They were lucky dogs to have such a good life with you. And you have twelve years of happy memories of them. I know you'll still miss them though. Dogs are very much part of the family.  :(
