:) Wow Ina that is a lovely allotment. So glad to see you are growing flowers and all your allotment neighbours keep their plots in very good order.

I bet its nice to have some company. My plot is just me and passing traffic, walkers or horse riders.

I love your pic of the hollyhock, very striking. I am planting some soon for next year.

Happy gardening.

Thanks.
Yes it's nice to have lottie neighbors Superman. Sometimes you don't get done what you planned to do because of the 'talkers' but............... I learned so much from them. A few years ago I knew nothing about gardening and now newcomers come to me for advice.
The complex is very well organized and it shows.

Very smart lotties there, and such a beautiful sunset  :)   I stood and watched the sunset over my lotty last week.  Good to take a little time out just to stand and stare  :)

::) Why can't we learn from you? Not a dilapidated shed in site, we'll get there some day ::)

Ina - your site's lovely.  So neat and tidy, and healthy looking!  Like Roy said, not a dilapidated shed or broken down greenhouse in site!  What a joy it must be to be down on your plot surrounded by such beauty.  And the sunset is gorgeous!  :)

Right, no dilapidated sheds or broken down greenhouses nor neglected allotments. There are rules for everything, some I wonder about but if you don't like to stick to rules, this is no place for you. That said, it doesn't bother me the least, we keep our allotment nice because we like it that way.
No burning, no hosepipes, no neglect, mandatory rotation of potatoes, keeping your part of the canals free of waterplants etc. is fine by us. It all makes for very pleasant and pretty surroundings.
