Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it`s troubles

It empties today of it`s Strength.

I must admit to being a worrier - it's a difficult habit to kick.  Of course if you start to worry about being a worrier - then it gets worse!!

partially agree, but

something starts as a niggle, becomes a worry, becomes troublesome (saps strength) agreed!  However at some stage, preferably before the last stage, the worry launches thought about solutions, then acting accordingly.  In other words, it is up to us whether worry is a kick up the behind to act and not delay, or to allow it to take over and sap strength.

Maybe I prefer this thought:

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

should help deal with destructive worries.

Me, too. Is'nt there one about sufficient unto the day is the evil something.  :happy7:
However, I struggle with being 'down' quite a lot this weather and then niggles creep in. However, predictive text helps, it just put giggles in, maybe I should try them, instead  :toothy10:
