I thought it was about time I took up the reins as shirlton. I have been keeping you company but as Pansy Potter.
Tony and I were getting some hassle from outside which spilled over on to here which made us feel very insecure. We have since left our old allotment and have taken up full residence at Walsall Rd. with our very good friend Betty.
The problem is now in the hands of someone who has the wherewithall to deal with it.
I would like to thank the moderators for making this forum a safe place to visit. Without them I would never have had the courage to come back as myself

I hope that you and 'Ower Tone' have many happy years of gardening alongside Betty and Co. and that karma is visited upon those who deserve a taste of their own medicine.

Us mods will carry on doing our best to keep A4A as it should be - there's loads of us now dontcha know.  Be afraid, be very afraid  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Missed you both.  Glad you were here though - incognito.  Was a bit worried about you.  Sorry you had some rubbish to deal with and hope it is over for good.  Christmas wrapped the painted glass pictures for my children's stockings a few days ago and sent a few thoughts in your direction - it obviously worked  ;D
