Apparently i have onions, leeks, cabbages, sprouts, carrots and parsnips although will believe them when i see them at the moment the african marigolds and some couch grass seam to have taken over.

Been laid up for last 2 weeks with a heavy cold, sinus infection and now a chest infection so can only catch glimpses of whats outside in between frequent trips to the loo :(

Mrs Ava

On the allotment, 3 varieties of cabbage, sprouts, kale, chard, spinach, perennial salad, spring onions, Japanese onions, garlic, shallots, leeks, parsnips, carrots, beets, swede, turnips.

In the conservatory I will be overwintering my chillis, habanero, super chilli and a purple one whose name escapes me.

In the greenhouse I will be overwintering my quail.  We have 23 of the beauties who aren't laying now but have moulted and have their gorgeous winter plumage.  Several of the thingy birds will be joining us for Christmas dinner.  :)

The worst thing is when all three of you get something so no one can really give sympathy to the ill one. Glad you're up and about!
