First decent frost last night gave some nice images in the garden:

Continus

Hebe

Rhododendron

Mahonia

Curly Kale

Late Leeks

Raspberry

But the cat, Caspar, still manages to find a warm sunny spot!

Jerry,I got all the pictures apart from the cat

Ahhh now I see him... he/she is beautiful.   Is it a 'british blue'??
Take time to stop and smell the flowers.

She is a Russian Blue, at least that is what the Cat Protection League told us 5 years ago when we got her. She came with the name Caspar ton, being a russian name I suppose.

Still she is a lovely cat if a little too good at catching birds!

Wonderful pics, couldn't see them all earlier, but now I have them all in their glory.  I think the rasp is my fave, but that kale looks good, and now the frost has been on it, it will taste even better!

eileen

Wonderful photographs. My Hebe looks just like that at the moment - stunning!!  ;D Gorgeous cat.  :D

I will pass all the compliments onto Caspar, she will appreciate them. She spent the evening curled up in front of the open fire to make up for the chilly day!

Lovely photos - a real winter wonderland. They became unavailable to me too, but back now.  No noticeable frost here with being on the coast, but wintery blast chilly.    :) busy_lizzie

Hooray. I can see them at last. The Raspberry looks like it's been dusted in icing sugar. yum. And i love the first one and the hebe too.

Oh and gorgeous cat!
gone to pot :D

Garden Manager

Great Photos. Now I can see them. Couldnt the first time i looked.

I am ALMOST jealous. We rarely get frosts which enhance the look of plants like that. It either just freezes hard or makes just the lawn and soil white.

Lovely cat too. Uncanny how they know how to find the warm spots - even outdoors at this time of year. My Sooty has a nice spot in the front garden that is warm in the morning when the sun is out.

Kerry

i like the raspberry-can see them now-been trying all morning ???
beeeyooootiful pusscat-my mum and dad have just got a pedigree blue- a baby cat!! he's good at posing for the camera too, already!

DolphinGarden

Jerry couldn't see them all yesterday, but today all aok.  Very, very nice photos.  Not a cat person, but she looks good.

Regards,

What did the cat say when she hi-jacked the aeroplane???

Take me to the canaries
