Just had a look at Vonys post, i don't know if it's just me but theres no way i would let a Dog lick my face like that,i mean it's not every hygienic is, you don't know what it's been licking do you.

Noooo, not just you.  It makes me cringe, lol.  Whenever I see a dog licking near/around a person's mouth it makes me <blagh>  Same when you see pets being allowed to lick childrens ice creams etc.

I thought dogs' tongues were supposed to be "antiseptic" and if you've got a nasty cut letting your dog lick it helped with healing?  ;D ;D :o :o

I have 6 dogs and nooooooo way would i let them near my mouth !! there mouths are full for germs !!!

Maybe unhygienic, but that clip brought a lump to my throat.  They were so pleased to see him and he was to them.  You can always wash your face after and your hands before eating.

I read that humans have more germs in their mouths than any where else so may be it is just as unhygienic for the dog too....

Snogging dogs is certainly not in my remit and my hands get a good wash after touching a dog as well.

I don't think you offended anybody Vony the clip was great, i just have a thing about dogs licking faces, i had a jack Russell that would recycle the odd Richard lll if you know what i mean.

Ah, now if the bleating is a sheep reference, that's a whole new kettle of fish / can of worms... And nothing was ever proved, I always carry a pair of velcro gloves when walking through fields...
