Thanks for that m8, sat here with tears streaming down my face, but still worth the 12 years we had with him

I lost my little dog Sidney almost 2 years ago. I still miss him so much. He would go with me everywhere. He was eighteen and a half. I still find myself doing things for him, then remembering he isn't here. Like saving the carrot peelings, which he loved. Silly I know. I would dearly love another dog, but I just know I won't get one more loving and loyal than dear old Sid  :'(

I feel you sadness...Enjoy your memories

Hi organicandy, I really feel for you.  I lost one of my cats just over 4 months ago and I miss him dearly.  I can't tell you how many tears were shed over him but it will get easier.  Time is a great healer.  Just remember, no one can take your memories from him.  RIP Bob.

Don't these pets tug at our heart strings when they are ill or come to the end of their days? Sorry to hear of your loss. Elsa (KC Cavalier) is only 9 but has arthritis, at one stage I thought I would lose her but thank goodness the tablets she has make her arthritis manageable.

I was born with nothing and have most of it left.

Sorry to hear about Bob, Andy.

My gorgeous black and white boy (cat) had to be pts three years ago and I still miss him. They're one of the family when you love them so much.
