After almost 3 months rain we have had two beautiful sunny days,,now rain forecast for the next 13 !!

It's a very weird sky out there tonight in Essex. Big splodgy dark bits to the west. We need some rain (what's new?) so I'm hoping.

In North Lincs its very dry, cold with a nasty north east wind. What a change but no rain in sight and I've put all the movable plants back in the poly and covered with fleece......The fig is shivering [under fleece and net] outside the poly as I only had the heavy squad here on Sunday to shift it for me... ::)

Can not complaine weather here has been great for 3 weeks for the past week mid 20s no water problems to report so will keep watering the lawns twice a day all the veg is looking great runner beans went out today enough for 26 canes another 26 in 2 weeks time then another 26 will be ready to freeze for the winter. Cabbage and colis I am holding back but they will after go in by next weekend. Flowers already in bloom one rose in flower fingers crossed no more frost to come :)

Cold and windy today, the sun not coming out until 1.15 and it warmed up a bit and the wind dropped.   :-\

Very cold start to the day, it was 1pm before the sun broke through, but  still nice for the time of year. They say rain by friday not a royalist but I wish them well anyone know the odds on the divorce year ::)
