Just got back to work today after the ruddy bug thing and I slipped on a muddy step,I have torn my calf muscle,I am absolootelee fed up and trying not to let it show, but have summoned up all thre bad words I am able to say so here goes,


Knickers,poop,horse feathers,pusspot,sh*t,..that is it I need to get a life.

Oh eck, not a good start to this year.

How do I walk with two elbow crutches at my age,when I fly like the wind,and I cannot come off work!!!


Oh Sh*t again.

I feel better now.

Your having a pretty crappy start to your year.

Your going to have to slow down, why not see if work can get you a wheelchair which might make like a little easier for you to get around on? If you slipped at work they should be bening over backwards to help so you dont sue them!

But it could be worse, this could be prime planting time and you would be even madder.

Mrs.Ace knows exactly how you feel and sends her sympathy. I have borrowed a wheelchair for her, it has certainty given her an insight to all the people she usually has to push about, but it keeps her mobile. The crutches are thrown in the back of the car but she would rather have a wheelchair than have blisters on her hands.

Jeannine (and Mrs Ace), when I had to use crutches I borrowed the offspring's cycling gloves - made a huge difference. Good luck to both.

In italian it's str****.  You have to roll the rrrrrr to make it sound good.  It makes you feel better too. 

But - it is possible to sow seeds sitting down.
