One of the busiest weekends coming up and I awoke this morning with a really nasty back strain. Don`t remember any nightmares or anything unusual but I can hardly walk. Jen was a dream this morning, four boxes of plants to deliver and she took them all for me.  The shop had had requests for Moneymaker -she apparently said "he doesn`t grow them" ;D

Ha ha good on her! Too bad for you though - bad back must surely be gardeners nightmare.
Hope you feel better soon.  ;D
Don't throw paper away. There is no away.

Cleo. Really feel for you, I get really frustrated when my back pain stops me doing things which I have planned. Hope you are soon mobile again.

Sorry to hear about your back, Stephan. Hope it's soon better - don't get too frustrated!

Thanks all-I can hobble around but gardening will have to wait a day or two. Somehow I think I have torn a muscle in my lower back. It`s not `agony` to move around much but the medical term `uncomfortable`does come to mind :(

Hey Cleo, sorry to hear you are a bot out of action, hope you are good agin soon.

Here is something to make you laugh. You would have been so proud of me.

Lottie today, someone asked if I could read their tomato labels and tell them wether to prune or not.

He said I am not very adventurous and started calling out names.. he was right, very boring. I heard myself say, well I am glad they are not Moneymaker, his friend standing by said " mine are,I don't know much about tomatoes are there some ones that are better than others".  Cleo,I quoted you chapter and verse and added they should be banned on the lottie.. The sweet old chap said, "right, out the b****** come , I am off to the garden centre" He was back in an hour with some Gardeners Delight, some Brandywine and some Shirleys. He then chucked the others in his compost.
