Narcissistic Blue Tit

I am being stalked by a strange blue tit. He flies up to the window when I walk into various rooms in the house and flutters up and down in front of the window a few times before flying off. This will happen in several rooms on several occasions.

We noticed recently that he also sits in front of the wing mirror on the car, tapping it with his bill and fluttering in front of the mirror.

Anyone else seen this sort of behaviour?

Is he attacking his own reflection?

It sounds like terratorial behaviour.

Almost all work comes to a halt several times a day when a blue tit starts tapping on the window at work.   It's so tame that you can actually put your finger on the window and it will try to peck you through the glass.
It's a little worrying as summer approaches because we are concerned about opening a window in case he (or possibly she) comes in and gets hurt.
There was also a blue tit demonstrating the same behaviour last year (not sure if it's the same one).
