Tim get yourself a dog and enjoy that beautiful countryside that surrounds you.

Full of admiration Tim.  I have still to fulfill my New Years Resolution to start a fitness regime.  We are usually having our evening meal around that time.  :) busy_lizzie

I have heard of this 6am....
For myself I am an optimist - it does not seem to be much use being anything else.

It's the best part of the day once it is light at that time, but I do find it hard in the winter.  I love sitting out with a cup of tea very early with only the birds for company, bliss.

Roy - I have been known to fall heavily (from 6'4" & 14 stone) into ruts - or rose bushes - so?

And walkies? In my night attire???

BAGGY

Tim - You must be BONKERS  ;D  (in a nice way)
I am well and truly soundo at that time and could no more contemplate being up and exercising than I could swimming then Chanel.
Get with the beat Baggy

Either being bothered by the kids, or snoozing waiting for my darlings alarm to go off at 6.30am.  You will be doing the marathon next Tim!

Another one who is still in bed at 6am.

I'm going to tell my OH about you Tim. He has promised himself to lose weight and has been "meaning" to get out of bed and go cycling in the mornings before work.

Just thinking...how come when I have to get up during the week I find it really hard whereas on a weekend when I could sleep for a bit longer...I'm wide awake?!

Jill

6am, what's that?  A mile a day helps you work, rest and play (or was that Mars)...

spacehopper

At 6am I'm usually chasing a toddler round the house getting ready to go to work and nursery. Probably do almost a mile doing that!
Make the most of today, because you'll never have it back again.

Sorry to divert but did you have a nice birthday Caz and baz?

grawrc

At 6.00am Peter gets up and then I drink the tea he makes me. 8)
