It's only november EmmaJane. Here we first have the St. Nicolas feast on dec. 5, after that we start thinking about x-mas and Santa Claus (who is really a second hand St. Nicolas) but I'm hip for a party anytime.

We could have a pre-panto party, rapidly followed by a post panto party!   ;D  My god, I don't think I will be standing by then but hey - as Noddy Holder once screamed on Bob the Builder - It's Christmas!  ;D  Do you think it would matter if I open my sloe gin 2 weeks early?  I fancy bringing some of that, and I have been making incredibly booooooozeeeeeee mince pies!  Have my (ahem) Madam Santa costume at the ready  :P.

Wonder if I have enough lights to do my compost bins?  Wish I had a shed to decorate!  Already have decs on my 2 apple trees   ;D.  The 'older' chaps think I am a little crazy, but they do seem drawn to my end of the plot!   ;)

Pre and post sounds good!  Mind you it depends on the date. Getting a little booked up party wise!! I'll bake an extra cake, and can make some parsnip crisps for nibbles to soak up the homemade vino!!  Yes you can open your sloe gin early EJ, I often give it as Christmas pressies to very special friends! I have lights on one of my trees in the garden, it is a topiary rhodedendron, sit on our decking and we can see it from our conservatory  ;D looks great and in fact we have left the light on it all year and light it up on birthdays etc! Have just bought it some decorations for Christmas!! (have come to the conclusion we are all slightly mad on this site!!)
So we need to set a date, and brush off our gladrags!! Oh and someone  must be growing mistletoe out there, that of course is a must!!  DP

Shall I bring the firemen again??  ???Trouble is they all seemed to wander off behind the compost heap last time..tho we could point them in the direction of the bike shed this time, then they could get  few tutorials!Or should that read a Hugh tutorials!! ;D
Don't worry Robin, my little mate Robin what follows me around the garden at this time of the year has volunteered, tho he says he may have to leave early cos he has to meet a chick!  ;)
Pick a date ya'll, not the 21st though cos I have a previous engagement, and I have to book the tiara and Pierce Brosnan out of the bank again!! Hope Dan can make it this time :) DP
