Wow Tim well done. In the first year of having the dog  I went from 11stone to 8stone. She was never still and I swear I spent five hours each day playing in the garden with her.. Alas she is now nearly as lazy as me and I have crept up to 10stone and can't shift it. Maybe I should get another pup   (no no no)

With all the exercise I am getting, I am actually quite lean and fit now, good job since my wife has just bought 36 mince pies, all for me !!!

Lovely Elk, Tim!  Grin Grin Grin OK this end I think, though was bit on heavy side last year due to various circumstance outside my control, went up 3 sizes!!!!!! But with the plot, work and chasing 4 kids about, am back to normal, used in the loosest terms...blessed hard work though...
