Perhaps as well as they seed so freely you never get rid of them!!  ;D

I like them too, self seeding saves a lot of bother growing new stuff every year though ;)
I was born with nothing and have most of it left.

Hyacinth

....and I can't get it to grow :'( have tried planting clumps from a friend, sown seeds....zilch >:(

Robert_Brenchley

Same here. Do you have to sell your soul to grow this stuff, or what?

Deb P

I must be well damned then, I sowed it on the plot last year and it is everywhere now..... ;D
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Try throwing some seed around, dont cover or water. Specially put some in the cracks in your patio. Somewhere where its really going to annoy you. Its bound to come up the minute you have a shred of regret ;D ;D ;D

manicscousers

started them 4 years ago, in cells, transplanted them, last year, dug up clumps, transplanted into cells and sold them, still have loads around the fruit trees  ;D

Emagggie

Started them in cells for the first time this year, Haven't got round to planting them out yet, but I love 'em too Manics ;D
Smile, it confuses people.

saddad

OH has just dug up a wheel barrow ful and taken them down to the compost bin on the bottom avenue so they will be an avenue weed next year...

manicscousers

gotta be better than marestail or bindweed, though Saddad  ;D

ninnyscrops

Masses under the roses at the front of the house and not an aphid in sight!  They self seed and flower just before the buds open on the roses.  Haven't got any in the back garden under the roses and they are covered in the little blighters.
If I ever get it all right - then that's the time to quit.
